Transfer Tax is 1% to the State and 1% to the Local Municipality with the following Municipality exceptions:
- Radnor Township – 1.5%
- Upper Darby Township – 1.5% (effective 1/1/2022)
- Upper Providence Township – 2%
- Chester City – 1.5% (effective 9/1/2023)
