Filing
Candidates desiring to be placed on an election ballot must file a petition with the Bureau of Elections. Filing requirements can be obtained by contacting the Bureau of Elections.
Prior to filing with the Bureau, a filling fee must be paid at the Treasurer’s Office. A receipt is issued and the petition is stamped ‘PAID at Treasurer’s Office’. Cash, Money Order, Certified Check are acceptable. No personal checks. Registered Party Checks are acceptable.
