To request access to a public record of the County of Delaware, your written request should be made in one of the following manners:

Arrangements can be made for documents to be viewed at no charge.
Requests will only be fulfilled if submitted by a person that is a resident of the United States. Anonymous requests will not be fulfilled.

Appeals Process
If a written request is denied, or deemed denied, the requester may file an appeal within fifteen (15) business days of the mailing date of the response, or within fifteen (15) business days of a deemed denial with the:

Your request is considered to be "deemed denied" if you do not receive a written response within five (5) business days of your written request.
Court of Common Pleas 509 Financial Open Records
Information regarding Civil and Criminal Court cases can be obtained through the Office of Judicial Support. District Court matters can be obtained through each respective Magisterial District Judge's office.
