The Act 247 Review Application Submission Deadline is the last date applications will be accepted for review. However, this is not a guarantee that the application will be reviewed by the Delaware County Planning Commission at its next scheduled meeting. Applications actually reviewed by the Commission are based on the date received by the Delaware County Planning Department and other factors.
