Essential Duties
- Maintains files and records.
- Sorts and distributes mail.
- Answers telephone & takes messages or directs calls to appropriate person.
- Uses and maintains office equipment.
- Monitors stock of office supplies, when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills
Physical Requirements
- Normal good health.
Work Conditions
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
