The Delaware County Health Department Wellness Team can:
- Assist residents in locating public health resources.
- Address public health concerns and questions.
- Assist residents in scheduling appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters.
- Assist residents in locating convenient COVID-19 testing sites.
- Add homebound residents to the homebound roster for at-home vaccinations.
