How Do I Obtain a Tax Certification?
To obtain a certification which covers both current year County tax and Tax Claim Bureau delinquent information, please send a written request with folio number and full address of the property. Please be sure to include a check in the amount of $25.00 made payable to “Delaware County Treasurer’” and a self-addressed stamped envelope. If you’d like the certification emailed or faxed, please indicate on your request. Please mail your request to:
