The County Office of Services for the Aging (COSA) is excited to announce the arrival of its new Director, Carin Tinney. Carin comes to Delaware County after serving as the Deputy Director of Long-Term Care Services in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Carin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Women's Studies from Rutgers University and a Master's in Social Work from Kean University in New Jersey.  Read More...

(CAADC) provides a variety of services to help households along the Continuum of Care towards self-sufficiency as well as economic development initiatives that strengthen our community. All programs include eligibility requirements and depend upon funding availability.

PECO offers several programs to assist low-income households, including seniors, with their energy bills. These include the LIHEAP program, Customer Assistance Program (CAP), and Matching Energy Assistance Fund (MEAF). Seniors can also access resources through PECO's Community Engagement Team and LIHEAP.
